The Smart Probe has not sent the temperatures over to the online platform while it was being used offline earlier

In this rare incidence, you should manually sync the Smart Probe to the Platform to ensure all temperature recordings have been transferred successfully.

To do this, click on the settings cog icon and then scroll down and select ‘Transfer Data’.

Check your platform to see if the temperatures have gone through (this may take up to 30 minutes).
