The Smart Probe seems a bit slow and lagging/freezing

If your Smart Probe is starting to be a bit slow, we recommended that you reboot the device. If it has been on for a long time, like many devices, memory may become full.

Click on the settings cog in the main menu, scroll down to the bottom of the options and select ‘reboot’.

Occasionally, the software your Smart Probe runs on will require updates. These will impact performance too. You can check this by going into the settings cog, scrolling down the options and selecting ‘check for updates’. If a software update is available, click on the update and select ‘install’. This will also ensure the device is running as smoothly as possible.
