Please note: course certificates are only available for download when the course has been completed successfully. If the course is currently in progress, you must first complete the course before unlocking the ability to download the course certificate.
To download your course certificate please follow the steps below
Log on to your Navitas account
Select the Academy tile to access your Academy account
Once in your Academy account, on the left hand side toolbar, select 'My learning'
Using the tabs across the top of the page, select 'Completed Courses'
Locate the course for which you wish to download the certificate
On the right hand side, select 'Action'
Select 'Download certificate'
A PDF of your certificate will now download to the device.
