Using 'login as' functionality on the Navitas Compliance platform

Steps to use login as functionality

  1. On the left hand side toolbar click login as


  2. Locate the account you wish to access

  3. Click the green login as button

  4. You are now logged in to the new account. You will notice a confirmation message in the top right hand corner of your screen.

  5. Complete actions via this account as desired

  6. To return to your original account, simply click logout as (this can also be located on the left hand side toolbar)

Frequently asked questions

I cannot see the login as button on my toolbar

In order to see the login as button, you must first have login as permissions enabled. If you require this to be enabled, please contact our Support Team.

I cannot see the user I wish to login to, on my login as screen

Login as permissions are configured individually. If your login as screen is missing an account you require, please contact our Support Team.

My login as screen contains accounts I do not need to access

Login as permissions are configured individually. If your login as screen has accounts you do not require, please contact our Support Team.

Why would I need to login to another account?

Login as allows you to access other accounts to complete actions which may not be possible via your own account due to permission restrictions
