Please note that all notifications are configured at the organizational level, meaning each organization will have customized settings determining which roles would receive specific notifications.
Under construction
A notification is triggered when an incident is moved back to Under construction.
Operations manager
A notification is triggered when an incident is moved from Site manager to Operations manager.
Hq manager
A notification is triggered when an incident is moved from Operations manager to HQ manager.
Completed
A notification is triggered when an incident is marked as completed.
Add comment
A notification is triggered when a comment is added to an incident or an active investigation.
Investigation replies
A notification is triggered when someone replies on a comment.
Investigation open
A notification is triggered when an investigation is open.
Staff absent
A notification is triggered when a staff member involved is marked as absent.
