Incident templates cannot be moved across to another site once submitted through the site manager account.
This means, a new incident need to be created again under the correct location.
You can download the incident that was submitted initially as a pdf and copy the information across to the new document.
To do this, locate the incident in your Under Construction or Incident Library, click More and then Download PDF.
Once this has been completed please reach out to [email protected] to remove the incident that has been created at the wrong site ensuring to provide the incident id number.
