When an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) arrives to audit your site, it's important to have the right information readily available. Here's how to ensure your EHO has everything they need:
Setting Up EHO as a Visitor: You can set up your auditor as a visitor with their own login, allowing them to navigate the platform independently. To do this, first make sure you are logged in as a Site Manager and go to Users > Create, and create a Visitor type account using the auditor's email address.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the platform only showing 6 months of data?
The platform displays 6 months of active data by default. To view older, archived data, simply toggle the switch in the top left corner of the screen.
If you need to access data from the last 12 months, you can download a report that includes all the necessary information for your auditor.
