We’re excited to introduce the ability to assign specific action plan points directly to individuals, rather than just to a site or location. This enhancement allows for more targeted accountability and clarity in managing incident responses.
When an incident has an open investigation under it the HQ manager will be able to assign action plan points to specific users.
Compliance > Incidents > Investigations > Locate the investigation in question > Click on More > Action Plan
On the next screen, select Post new.
Once you are on the Create Action Plan Point screen, select the Assign user dropdown.
When an action plan is assigned to a person, they will receive a personalised email notification, ensuring they are promptly informed of their responsibilities. Additionally, this assignment will be reflected in reporting, clearly indicating who is responsible for completing each action item.
