This update allows users to configure additional alerts for successive failures related to the following Smart Pod triggers:
Non-Compliant Appliance Temperature
Offline Smart Pod Device
This feature is available to DFS Site Managers, Brand Managers, and HQ Managers. It replaces the previous method of manually creating multiple offline notifications, enabling users to set up a single option that sends multiple configured triggers.
Previously, if a notification was configured to send an email after the pod had been offline for 1 hour, it would only send a single email. Now, you can configure it to send up to 10 additional emails in sequence if the pod remains offline.
